Even though we were two hours from the construction site, Jody always kept us well-informed on the progress and upcoming schedule of work. We always valued his opinion and expertise. Jody and his team have done three renovations for us. In March 2013 they completely gutted our ensuite bathroom, and created the bathroom of our dreams. We were very appreciative of Jody’s patience and suggestions, in helping us decide on all of the finishes when designing the room. He customized our walk in shower to suit our needs perfectly, and his attention to detail is evident in the entire room.
In April 2013, Kelly Homes transformed the exterior of our home by replacing the roof, siding, main floor windows, and two patio doors. When checking our roof before it was replaced, Jody discovered our old siding had been retaining water. We felt very fortunate that he detected the issue, before we had any damage inside our home. The shake we picked out for our dormers proved to be very difficult to use, however Jody’s team took the time to make sure it turned out exactly how we wanted it.
In April 2014, Jody and Rick renovated a guest room into what is now our son’s nursery. They replaced the flooring, baseboard, trim, and closet doors. We love it!
We were very happy with all of the trades Jody used or recommended to us for all three renovations. We would not hesitate to have Kelly Homes do another renovation for us in the future. We feel grateful for Jody’s expertise, skill, commitment to a project, and friendship.
